The following are some of my working notes on developing a 5 - year, 21st - century technology integration plan. Please feel free to add any details you think would improve the plan and also comment using the discussion tab.

Year 1: Tools of the Trade

- Teachers take the course - "Tools of the Trade "; tools chosen based on average LoTi levels; teachers at or above Level 4 can develop learning contracts.
- Teachers plan small 1-3 day technology integration projects with the tools covered in the course.
- Teachers learn Google Docs to collaboratively plan, document, and peer review projects.
- Principle starts a blog; gives teachers articles to read and respond to on school blog.
- Forms developed with Google Docs for principal 10-minute walk-throughs; typically done 2x randomly and 2x during technology integration projects
- Establishment of a school wiki (e.g. Google Sites , Wikispaces ) so that teachers and students can share their work; pages established for each department which link to a page for each teacher.
- Teachers should take part in 5-7 sessions from Classroom 2.0 Live and comment on how they can integrate the tool in their classroom on their wiki page.
- Teachers are asked to video tape lessons; 2 teachers not involved in lesson are asked to peer review videos; academic dean goes over reviews with teachers.

- Teachers work together to design projects that incorpate understandings and esential questions from at least 2 disciplines + ISTE technology integration standards
- Teachers continue to expand their knowledge; listen to sessions from K12 Online .
- First year chohot teachers take the LoTi survey again and compare results from year one; develop a learning contract with technology integration coordinator.
- Second year cohort teachers take "Becoming a Networked Leaner" course and follow other prescribed "year 2" requirements
- Laptops purchased for next grade in school. Third cohort of teachers works through "Year 1".

Year 4: Learning Expeditions
- First year cohort teachers design problem-based research projects that involve aspects of collaboartion, discourse, negotiation, global awareness, and social engagement.
